OUR STORY

United in Christ Community Church was birthed from a vision God placed in the heart of Pastor Paul: that through a true relationship with Jesus Christ, believers can live lives marked by integrity, truth, and oneness.

Proverbs 20:7 reminds us, “The righteous man walks in his integrity; his children are blessed after him.” This scripture reflects God’s desire that as we pursue lives rooted in integrity, families and generations are blessed.

Our journey began on January 6, 2008, when United In Christ Christian Church held its first worship service at Holly Springs Elementary School in Douglasville, Georgia. That inaugural Sunday, we joyfully welcomed 13 members. As God continued to grow the ministry, we added Wednesday Bible Study, which met in our home every other week, deepening fellowship and spiritual growth.

With continued blessings and increasing membership, we soon outgrew our original space and were led by God to our current church home in Lithia Springs. This new location has allowed us to welcome more families, expand our ministries, and further establish a place where lives are touched and transformed by the love of Christ.

Today, we are stepping into a new season of growth through our Building Capital Campaign and transitioning our name to United in Christ Community Church. This name reflects who we have always been and who God is calling us to be: a church deeply rooted in Christ and intentionally committed to serving and building community.

United in Christ Community Church is more than a place of worship it is a family. A community where everyone is welcomed, loved, and encouraged to grow in their walk with Christ. What began as a small step of faith has blossomed into a thriving church rooted in faith, hope, and love. We are excited about the future and invite you to join us as we continue to grow together, strengthen our foundation, serve our community, and live united in Christ.
